About the Conference
New York, NY
January 30th- 31st, 2014
The Stanford Center on Longevity, with the support of Marsh and McLennan Companies, a professional services and insurance brokerage firm, is convening a conference to explore the employer perspective on employing older workers.
The major purpose of the conference is to address the issues of human capital management and retirement and health planning that employers are facing as they adapt to the aging workforce. The conference will bring together business and human resources executives, academics, and industry thought leaders to examine multiple aspects of the issue and understand the employer perspective. Our goal is to identify areas for future research and establish a network of interested parties to continue the conversation.
